Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase and DNA-Ligase Zn-finger family protein putative. Vertebrate PARPs contain PADR and zinc finger (zf)–PARP domains. None of the Tetrahymena putative PARPs carry these domains. Instead, Tetrahymena has at least six additional proteins carrying PADR1 and zf–PARP domains(Kanwal Ashraf et al., 2019)
