General Information
No. Gene Name(s) Paragraph Text 2356 CSKB1, CSKA2, CSKA1 CKII subunits including CSKA1, CSKA2, and CSKB1 co-purified with Cac2 subunit of putative CAF1-complex in Tetrahymena. Tetrahymena appears to contain a single putative homolog of the two regulatory beta subunits of CKII that are found in humans. Affinity purification followed by mass spectrometry (AP-MS) analysis of TTHERM_00780530 (CSKB1) identified a large number of proteins to co-purify, suggesting that CKII clients might include functionally diverse proteins in Tetrahymena (Nabeel-Shah et al., 2023). 2357 CSKB1, CSKA2, CSKA1 CKII subunits including CSKA1, CSKA2, and CSKB1 co-purified with Cac2 subunit of putative CAF1-complex in Tetrahymena. 2358 CSKB1, CSKA2, CSKA1 CKII subunits including CSKA1, CSKA2, and CSKB1 co-purified with Cac2 subunit of putative CAF1-complex in Tetrahymena.
